20 g of Lavender butter
For the almond soup:
250 g of almond milk
2 egg yolks
50 g sugar
1 tablespoon soya lecithin 12 caramelized almonds nut ice cream vanilla or almond cake viola petals

Collaborations for the book “There are no bad herbs”.

Since a few days ago you will have observed some images in our social networks wirh comments that talk about herbs and specifically abaout a book called "No hi males herbes/There are no bad herbs" written by Jon Marín. In this book we have made a small contribution together with our friend and professional colleague Jordi Guillem form the restaurant Lo Mam giving opinions on aspects related to herbs and always from our point of view. Finally we have also made a contribution with a recipe in which nettles and herbs are protagonists.
